Item Freshness/Care Instructions:

Gels and juice blends should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Sea Moss will gel overnight in the refrigerator.

All juice blends/gels are made with fresh fruit/vegetables.

Shake juice blends well before drinking.

Gold Sea Moss Gels & Lemonades: - can last up to 4 weeks, 30 days, refrigerated.

Flavored Sea Moss Gels: - can last up to 3 weeks, 21 days, refrigerated.

Flavored Sea Moss Lemonades: - can last up to 2 weeks, 14 days, refrigerated.

Juice blends are good for up to 2 weeks, 14 days, refrigerated.

 **Do not consume Sea Moss if you are allergic to seaweed or algae. ** ​ 

How Much Sea Moss to Take per Day?

We recommend that you take two tablespoons per day for maximum benefits.

We strongly recommend using a clean spoon per serving. Please do not double-dip, this adds bacteria and microbes to the jar and speeds up the expiration date.

Order Processing Time

Our items are made fresh to order as we do not use chemicals or added preservatives to ensure that our customers receive the freshest and healthiest products available. Making our orders fresh to order also guarantees you receive the maximum amount of benefits our Sea Moss and juice blends have to offer.

I use your personal information to provide my services to you, which include: processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Retention:

When you place an order through the site, I will retain your personal information for my records unless and until you ask me to erase this information.

Discount Codes/Sale Policies:

Please note that you are not able to use additional discount codes during a sale. Please also note that you are only able to use one discount code per order. 

Refund Policy:

Unfortunately due to the nature of the business, I am not able to accept any returns. however, if there is an issue with your order please contact me immediately.

the only exception to the return policy is if your order gets lost in transit.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *please provide photos*

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact me immediately and once the issue at hand is accepted, make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping FAQ's:

1. How fast are orders processed?

My goal is to have your order processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. 

*Please keep in mind, orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure order freshness upon delivery.*

2. How fast do we ship orders?

My standard shipping time is 2-3 days; USPS, 2-day priority mail.

3. What happens if the order isn't delivered?

If your isn't delivered by the close of business on the estimated delivery date please contact me so that I may research the issue and file a claim with USPS. I will also reship your items out (with no fee).

4. Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the preferred contact method provided on the order submission form.
